Welcome! We are Le Mossacce, a Florentine trattoria dedicated to the preparation of traditional Florentine dishes and part of the city's historic establishments.

For almost 100 years we have been carrying on the traditional philosophy of Tuscan cuisine, preserving all local gastronomic traditions with painstaking care.
